There are times when you might need to delete a past assistance from a client's record. To do this, follow these steps:
Find the client who has the assistance you're trying to delete
Scroll to the bottom of the client profile to the "Recent Assistance" section
Click "View history"
Click "Details" for the assistance you're trying to delete
Click "Delete this assistance" at the bottom
