Some food pantries choose to limit how often a client can visit and receive assistance (e.g. only 1 food assistance every 30 days). In bosWell, you can automatically flag when a client is trying to receive assistance more than once in a given period.

When this is enabled, then you will receive a flag on the final client check-in confirmation page.

On bosWell, these flags are controlled separately for each assistance type.

To set up this flag:

  1. Log in as an Admin user

  2. Go to "Admin" -> "Assistance" on the left hand menu

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  4. Repeat for other assistance types
